A Little Bit About Me

My name is Gifford. I am native-born to Arizona and my #1 goal is providing EVERYONE with a clean pool that they love and enjoy, at a price that they can afford. I am a small business owner as well as a part time bartender.

Before I started working in the industry, the only pool experience I had was testing my parents patience daily about going swimming. I had decided on becoming a service technician after I was involved in a life threatening motorcycle accident, as a way to rehabilitate and regain my mobility. My first pool job, was at a large corporation that ran from coast-to-coast. I became recognized as a 'top tier' technician within my first week of training and promptly gained an immense amount of pool knowledge and experience during my two and a half years there.

Following that job I began at a pool company that mainly specialized in fountains. It was very fun, easy, and short lived due to the surplus of staff and lack of available work at the time.

After that I bounced around through two more independent pool companies for about another year and a half before finally landing at another big name company and becoming an Area Manager in two months time. I was a manager for around 9 months and learned many things. One of the most important things I learned was to always stick up for what's right! This led me to resigning with this company so that I could treat people with informing honesty and thoughtful dignity.

Through this journey I have met so many wonderful and amazing people. I love being able to fix a pool up for someone and hear about how the whole family went swimming. Truly a compliment! I'd love the opportunity to meet you and the family and give you the pool you've always deserved!
